You are also spending your own cash to market the home. An agent can get your home listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and other websites that buyers and other agents can easily access making it more available to potential buyers. This also syndicates it automatically to thousands of other real estate websites across the web. Listing your home FSBO means you have limited options on where your listing can show up meaning less buyers looking at your home.

4. Selling with a Realtor is faster

Selling a home by yourself involves qualifying a buyer, paperwork, phone calls, showings, pricing the house accurately, marketing and advertising, open houses, and ensuring all details in closing.
