Public Utilities Lien Inquiries In Hillsborough County

All public utilities lien inquiries for Hillsborough County have to be submitted in writing. You can find out if a property has been recorded by the Hillsborough County Public Utilities Department fairly easily. If you follow each step and provide as much information as possible, your inquiry will be processed more quickly. It’s important to provide the complete property record, including the OR Book and Page in order to get a speedy reply to your public utilities lien inquiries.

All you have to do is search the address, folio number or owner name on the Public Property Record on the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser’s webpage using this link. Get the lien OR Book and Page on the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court’s webpage using this link. Fill out the form in writing on the Public Utilities Department using this link.

See, it’s quite simple. Then, the Public Utilities Department should give you a formal response within three business days for any inquiries where an actual lien recording was verified. If an Instrument number and Book or Page has been assigned in the Public Record, you’ll see the lien payoff response. Any other inquiries, like debt payoff requests may take more time though.
